Crispy Baked Wing Method

I recently used this recipe's method for 200+ baked wings for a large family gathering. They turned out great with a nice crispy outside! We used different seasonings on five separate batches to cover everybody's taste preferences. Many thanks to Brandon, Amanda, and Joshua for helping me cut the wings into three sections! 

Next time, I think I will use my cast iron griddle on the grill.
