Usually the heron (a Great Blue Heron) will go to our little pond, but after a very heavy rain, it will visit our ditches in the front and back yards. Normally, I can't get many or any pictures, but this time, a bag blowing on my deck disguised my movement for a good while. These were taken Easter morning.
