Gardening: Natural Antidepressant in Soil

Note: It's fitting this post comes up today, on the day my grandmother is laid to rest. She loved her garden.

Now I know why gardening makes me happy as a clam! Combined with the mood effects of exercise and sunshine, gardening is wonderful way to boost your spirits!
