Quotes on Sin

I send my phone toting family members a Bible verse and sometimes a quote every morning when I tell them I love them and hope they have a good day. Here are a few of them on the topic of sin:

Oh sirs, deal with sin as sin, and speak of heaven and hell as they are, and not as if you were in jest. John Flavel

1 Timothy 5:20 Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 

Luke 17:3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. 

2 Timothy 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. 

Titus 1:13 This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;

Proverbs 14:9 Fools mock at making amends for sin, but goodwill is found among the upright.
