Update on Caleb

After a decent night's rest, Caleb has progressed steadily. He is off the morphine and on Tylenol Codiene. He has kept liquids and some crackers down. He has walked to the toilet and back several times. And, he has gone to the playroom on this floor. Next goal: keep some more food and liquid down, stop the poos caused by the perf. appendix (the "joy" this is for a 12 year old is hard to describe), pass the stool test (some concern that the poos are caused by a certain bacteria), and a walk to the next floor to the electronic play area. He still has a long way to go, but progress is being made.
