Caleb after 30 hours of constant noise due to being next to a three year old whose mother would not console him. (The "rooms" were curtained areas.) It was not the child's fault his mother would rather play with the phone than comfort him. The nurses did what they could and felt horrible for the child, but unless it was physical abuse, there wasn't much they could do. Caleb's nurse was trying her best to get him a room because she could see it wearing on him.
After 1 hour of deep sleep in the new room. His new nurses said the difference is amazing!
