Early this a.m. we had our own crew of three trucks and about five men. Aren't we special!?!
The children enjoyed talking to the men and the men seemed to enjoy the children. Caleb wanted to go help them. He had to settle for watching along with Bethany and Joshua. (When the men talked to her, Emily played shy until she was safe in Daddy's arms.)
We are happy to report that we were able to keep ALL of the fish alive. We set the alarm on the cell phone and woke up every 1 1/2 hours to give them much needed air. We nearly lost a shark. I used a fisherman's techinque to revive it which has worked well for me in the past. You grab the oxygen starved fish by the tail and gently pull it backwards through the water several times. This pushes water through the gills and gets O2 into their system.
