Saving Okra Seeds
I read online in several places that okra seeds will not keep longer than one planting season. This is false. The Clemson Spineless that I am harvesting today grew from seeds I collected in 2008. I had approximately a 50% germination rate, which isn't bad for seeds that were that old. When you factor they were left in a hot area (90+) for a long time, it is pretty amazing!
