Not liking to waste anything, I took left over pie crust and cut out snowflakes. I watched my grandmother do something similar when I was a little girl, so I was thinking about her as I did it. The "cookies' would have been prettier with a dusting of confectioner's sugar, but we didn't have any. I sprinkled them with sugar and cinnamon. They were a hit!
