I used this blend of herbs from The Amateur Gourmet to season my turkeys on Thanksgiving. I doubled it and rubbed it all over and inside the cavity. I lifted the skin and rubbed it between the skin and muscle. It was a HUGE hit, and I was asked for the recipe. I am using this recipe again for our Christmas turkeys.
