I refuse to pay box store prices for dress up clothes. Our smaller children have a large dress up box full of things I have found at thrift stores, dollar type stores, and clearance items. I once found a real wedding dress for $15 so the girls enjoy dressing up in that too. Recently, I found an adult sized princess costume complete with headband and gloves for $4.95! It's in the box for the girls to wear. A few clips here and there and they are happy. I keep an eye out for hats, scarves, dresses, costumes, and accessories and add to the collection as I find good deals.
