"Teddy's Law would REQUIRE any parent or guardian wishing to home school their child to go through a home evaluation and interviews from local child protective services. It would also create a data base of previous or outstanding alleged abuse claims. This is in clear violation of our rights as home educators! OEF recommends the following.
