What are some herbal or alternative antifungals?

Here is my answer:

natural antifungals: garlic, oregano oil, turmeric, olive leaf extract, coconut oil (caprylic acid), goldenseal, barberry, onions, black walnut, tea tree oil, cloves, etc. Neem oil is used internally and externally in some countries, but it is not common in the US.

Dear Reader, I encourage you to thoroughly research each and also research and consider contraindications (other medications or health concerns that may cause harm if taken with a specific herb). Learn the difference between maintenance dosages (daily) and therapeutic (healing) dosages. Therapeutic dosages can be much higher than maintenance dosages. What you see on most labels are low maintenance or maintenance dosages. They want to keep their liability down because most people will not do the underlined part in this paragraph.

Update: I forgot about honey!! Raw honey is also a strong antifungal. It is also a good antibacterial. This is because it contains naturally occurring hydrogen peroxide.
