Christians should side with righteousness.
When protesters behave with lawlessness we shouldn't pretend like that doing so is somehow reasonable because of injustice. Rioting, destruction of property, and theft are all violations of God's law. God's law is the final standard. Even when God's law doesn't fit the narrative.
And when the police behave with lawlessness, thugishly using force where force is not needed, and harming the innocent, this is also a violation of God's law. We don't "Back the blue" when the "The Blue" behaves with lawlessness.
God's law is the final standard. We should anchor ourselves to righteousness, and not leave righteousness for any cause.
