Update: Ella has caught up in growth and has plenty of amniotic fluid! She is kicking up a storm in her mother's womb. Thank you for those prayed for her.
December 29:
Ella is in the womb and about 20 weeks. The previous scan showed no growth and abnormally low amniotic fluid (almost none). After that appointment, Ella's grandmother, a long-time friend of ours, contacted us for prayer.
On Monday, the family was called to a maternal-fetal specialty. They were concerned for Ella. Her amniotic fluid is in the normal range now but on the low end of normal. Ella has grown a tiny bit since the last scan. She is in the 6th percentile. All of Ella's organs look normal and seem to be functioning properly.
The family is asking for prayers that Ella will continue to grow and her fluid levels will increase.
