We were interviewing Betty for a position when she broke down. She is in her 60s and newly divorced from a husband who cheated on her. He then abandoned the family by running to another state. She had to sell her home of 35+ years and is having to downsize her belongings. Everything is fresh and the changes are overwhelming her.
