Good news!

Thank you to everyone who prayed for my disabled neighbor, T. He is confined to the bed or a motorized wheelchair. Over a year ago, two of his former nurses aids came to see him one night and stole his life savings of $11k along with many irreplaceable items. That is money he saved from his benefits over decades. It was no small accomplishment.

He went to court today. The girls broke down crying and apologized to T. They were found guilty, have to serve some time, and have to pay him back the 11k. T broke down crying too. He is hoping this makes them consider how to treat people in the future.

Being homebound means you don't get to see a lot of people and come to care for those who care for you. He considered them like family. In their greed, they valued money more than they did T, and it led to them sinning. It caused him a lot of emotional pain and worry for immediate needs and his future.

Please join us in praising the Lord that T will get his money back. Please pray with us and T for these two young women. One is a mother and will be separated from her children while she serves time.

T goes to the doctor for a CT scan on his "lower unit." He also is having trouble with another big kidney stone. And, he is having to get shots in his shoulder still from where the nursing home dropped him. Please pray for his health. Thank you!
