Thank You, Shammy!

We can't always thank everyone through the blog, but we do try to give a shout out when we can. We shared that Richard S. and his girlfriend gave us a delicious sweet potato maple layered cheesecake for our Christmas. What we didn't share is that someone went into Clint's office and into his private fridge and took three pieces of it. It wasn't a big deal, and we really didn't consider it an offense. Clint does not know who did it and doesn't care. There was still more than enough for our family. Richard S. heard about it and was not happy that someone had taken part of the gift he intended for us. So, he bought us another and gifted it to us! We put it in the deep freezer and will have it with our Easter. "Shammy" is a good friend to our family, and we are thankful we know this kind-hearted man!
I Peter 4:8-1  Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins. Show hospitality to one another without grumbling. As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace:
Proverbs 27:5-6 Better is open rebuke
    than hidden love.
 Faithful are the wounds of a friend;
    profuse are the kisses of an enemy.
